Katy Mackenzie provided us with an excellent experience throughout our tricky new home purchase in 2023. She was patient, available on short notice, an excellent communicator, knowledge about the past and current mortgage market. She walked us through, probably more than once ;), all the different options and possibilities of our complex situation. We highly recommend her for any type of mortgage needs.
